Rain in December?!

So I'd like to take this time to ask just one simple question: WHERE IS THE SNOW??? It is December already and I think it's time that we see some snow on the ground. We've sure had enough rain this fall. Why it's surprising we all haven't drowned! I mean I love winter, I love snow, I love ice, I love tubing, I love skating....and how can I do those things and enjoy winter when there is no snow! and when it is still warm outside and raining!!! It's craziness I tell you! These are the effects of global warming for ya! *Sigh* It's such a shame that gone are the days when there was tons of snow and the months of winter were freezing cold! And I ask you, what will the world be like years down the road when the ozone layer is even more depleted?! Will winters become just a thing of the past, something future generations will hear about in history class!!!

Hey.
Cool blog. It definitely sucks that there is no snow yet. There had better not be a green Christmas.

Hey Kar -- great blog!! You've had me laughing constantly. Yes, the desk IS really there!
Well, about your global warming...we do finally have snow and just to put the whole "Canada-is-going-to-be-the-tropics-soon" idea to rest... Back in the 70's, my grade 4 teacher had me having nightmares because the next ice-age was coming and according to all the tree-huggers we were all going to be under 50 metres of ice and frozen solid by the time we got old!! TRUE STORY!!
